Lifting hook
Partial Hang Single Girder Overhead Crane is constructed from a box-section girder welded from steel plates, along with end girders and a crab assembly with a traveling mechanism. The crab consists of a traveling end beam, a crab frame, and a fixed electric hoist. It is configured as a side-slung system, running along one side of the main girder. The electric hoist is routed from below to above the girder, which effectively increases the available lifting height.
The crab is driven and braked by a conical motor via an open gear mechanism. The main girder features a box structure with a bias rail design, incorporating both upper and lower horizontal guide wheels. This construction ensures safe, reliable operation and prevents rail gnawing.
The trolley utilizes a separate drive system with a conical motor brake and open gearing. The travel motor can be specified as a soft-start or variable frequency drive (VFD) motor according to user requirements, ensuring smooth acceleration and reliable operation.
Three control modes are available: pendant (ground) control, wireless remote control, and operator cabin. The cabin is offered in both open and enclosed types.

LDP electric single-girder crane is a small-size low headroom crane. The electric hoist is at one side of the girder, which increases the work space of the hook and reduces the workshop height and cost. It is applicable to the places where the workshop' s headroom is low.
